As Director of Business Development and Strategy, Tony brings a breadth of global business and technology experience to OpenArc.  Tony works with progressive thinking business and technology leaders in three key areas:  Strategy, Software, and Talent.  As Director of Business Development and Strategy, Tony is responsible for developing OpenArc's client base as well as closely managing client relationships to ensure that OpenArc’s solutions support the business needs and functional goals of the organization while in turn, striving to create long standing relationships.

As an entrepreneur and business leader in the Pittsburgh region, Tony served as Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales of Motionplan from 2001 – 2010.  During Tony’s time at Motionplan he steadily grew the technology and custom training organization for 9 years and was instrumental in the creation of Motionplan’s brand and loyal client base across the US. In July 2010, Tony and Motionplan’s executive leadership team agreed to be acquired by TiER1 Performance Solutions, located in Covington, KY.  Prior to starting Motionplan Tony spent 6 years with Arthur Andersen, a “Big Six” global consulting organization.  During Tony’s time with Andersen, he spent a year working from the Firm’s office in Zurich, Switzerland upgrading Andersen’s infrastructure across the country to be Y2K compliant.

Tony is an active member in the community through various board positions.  Since 2007 Tony has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble and an Advisory Board member for The Pittsburgh International Children's Theater, A Division of the Cultural Trust. He is a regular guest lecturer at Duquesne University and adjunct faculty at Point Park University for various undergraduate and graduate courses.  Tony holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, as well as two master's degrees from Duquesne University - an MBA and an MS-ISM. He also is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh XXVI.
